RETURNS

Had a change of heart? It happens! At BK Antiques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We're happy to issue you a store credit or exchange for merchandise that is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we'll need your receipt of sale or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. We don't offer a store credit or exchange after 14 days or if the merchandise shows obvious signs of use or damage or is missing parts not due to our error.

Please note that return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, please contact us prior to sending the item back so we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order.

To return an item, please send (via insured, traceable mail) the unused item(s) with the original receipt and packaging to:

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Oops. It happens. If you received an item that is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please call us at 212-888-8930 or email us at info@bkantiques.com within our 14 day returns period so we can assist you.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bkantiques.com for instructions on returning the item.

ART RETURNS

Purchases of original art from BK Antiques are final sale.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom ordered items are final sale and can not be returned. This includes customized BK Limited Edition items, COM Upholstered Items and all custom size or finish option items.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We can accept cancellations on any order that has not been processed or shipped. If you had a change of heart, please call us immediately at 212-888-8930 or email info@bkantiques.com.
